The BlueParrott B250-XT is a professional-grade Bluetooth headset produced by VXI Corp. The device's features include noise suppression technology, 150 hours of standby time and up to 16 hours of talk time when fully charged. The BlueParrott B250-XT is compatible with Bluetooth-enabled phones, allowing users to operate these devices in "hands free" mode. Users can also pair the BlueParrott B250-XT with a Bluetooth-enabled computer for use in VoIP applications or with games that feature voice communication.

Examine the bottom end of the headset's right side and locate the power port. Insert one end of the AC power charger into the power port. Plug the remaining end of the AC power charger into a nearby electrical outlet. Allow the headset to charge for 12 hours before proceeding.

Examine the indicator lights installed on the right side of the headset. Confirm that the green indicator light is lit, which indicates the headset is fully charged. Disconnect the AC power charger from the headset. If the red indicator light is flashing, turn off the headset by holding down the multifunction button for two to three seconds; the multifunction button is the uppermost of the three buttons installed on the right side of the headset.

Prepare your phone or computer for Bluetooth pairing. If you are using a Windows PC, select "Devices and Printers" from the "Start" menu and click on "Add a Device;" follow the on-screen instructions. If you are using a Macintosh computer, open the Bluetooth menu by clicking on the Bluetooth icon located on the right side of the menu bar; select the options labeled "Turn Bluetooth On" and "Discoverable." To prepare a mobile phone, follow the instructions provided in your device's user manual.

Hold down the headset's multifunction button until the red and blue indicator lights flash; you will also hear a series of six tones. Wait for the lights and tones to both stop, then release the multifunction buttons. If you are using a Windows PC, select the headset from the list of discovered devices and click on "Next." If you are using a Macintosh, open the Bluetooth menu, select the option labeled "Set Up Bluetooth Device...;" select the headset from the list of discovered devices and click "Continue." If you are pairing the headset with a phone, select the option on the phone labeled "Pair."

Input "0000" as your passcode when prompted to by your phone or computer. Wait for the phone or computer to complete the pairing process. If you are pairing the headset to a phone, select the option on the phone labeled "Yes." If you are pairing the headset to a computer, press the multifunction button to enable or disable the Bluetooth connection.
