Pairing Instructions for the Jabra OTE3

Pair your Jabra OTE3-format headset with other Bluetooth-enabled devices to tap into the headset's wireless capabilities. How you go about pairing the Jabra headset varies somewhat depending on whether you're connecting it to a mobile device or to a computer.
Pairing Your Headset With a Mobile Device
Whether you use an Android, iOS or Windows Phone mobile device, the basics of pairing a wireless headset are the same. The screenshots here are from an Android 5.0 device, so they may vary slightly from what you see on your screen.
Press the Power button on the Jabra headset to turn on the unit.
Hold down the Power button or press the Multifunction button on the headset to set it to discoverable mode. Which method you depends on the type of OTE3 headset you use. Consult your manual or Jabra's online Pairing Guide for more information about making your specific Jabra OTE3-format headset discoverable.
Tips
When a headset is set to discoverable, it begins transmitting a Bluetooth signal so that other devices can find it.
Open the Settings app on your mobile device and tap *Bluetooth* to launch the Bluetooth settings panel.
Tips
The Settings app is available on one of the home screens of most devices. If you can't find it, check your device's applications folder or swipe down from the top of the screen to reveal the notifications area, on which you'll often find a Settings icon linked directly to the Settings app.
Toggle the virtual Bluetooth switch to the On position if Bluetooth is not already enabled. When you turn Bluetooth on, your smartphone or tablet immediately begins scanning for compatible Bluetooth devices within range.
Tap the Jabra OTE3 on the list of available Bluetooth devices to complete the pairing process.
Pairing Your Headset With a Windows Computer
Press the Power button on your Jabra headset to turn on the unit.
Hold down the Power button or press the Multifunction button on the headset to set it to discoverable mode. The method you use depends on the type of OTE3 headset you use.
Return to the Start screen on your Windows 8.1 computer and press Windows-C to open the Charms menu.
Select Settings, choose PC Settings and then select PC & Devices.
Click Bluetooth and toggle the virtual Bluetooth switch to the On position.
Select the Jabra OTE3 on the list of available Bluetooth devices and then click the associated Pair button to finish pairing the the headset with your computer.
