How to Use Go to Meeting

GoToMeeting is a web-based service from Citrix Systems that allows employers, employees, clients and customers to meet online from anywhere in real time. Collaborative meetings are made easier with meeting hosts who have access to tools that allow them to share their screen with meeting attendees. This is ideal when sharing PowerPoint presentations, documents, sales forecasts and more.

Step 1

Open a Web browser of choice and navigate to

Step 2

Click "Join Meeting."

Step 3

Click "Yes, Grant or Trust" to accept the GoToMeeting download.

Step 4

Enter the meeting ID you received from the meeting organizer in the Join a Meeting window.

Step 5

Enter the meeting password provided by the meeting organizer.

Enter your name and email address and click "OK." The GoToMeeting Viewer window and Attendee Control Panel launch. You are now in the meeting.
