How to Use the AOL Calendar
Updated July 21, 2017
Keeping organized can feel nearly impossible. If you are juggling kids, family, work and hobbies you may feel like you lose track of everything from your keys to your son's dentist appointment. Use a meticulous calendar of all activities to help clear the fog around your life. AOL calendars are a great way for members to organize their daily schedules.
Access the calendar on your computer if you use AOL as your browser. Use Calendar.aol from the homepage with any other Internet browser. Log into your account and click on my calendar.
Click the "Month", "Week" or "Day" tab to navigate around the days and months of the year. Hit the right arrow to go to future dates and the left arrow to review past dates.
Pick the "Settings" button in the AOL Calendar window. Click the time zone drop down menu and select the appropriate time zone. Select the display drop down menu to set the correct time. Hit "Save."
Print your calendar by selecting "Print." Decide on the view you want. Use a printed calendar to post in plain view for all your family to see planned activities, appointments and events.
Select the date you wish to modify and enter in appointments, birthdays and/or after school meetings. Choose to have AOL Calendars send you automatic reminders for important dates and appointments.
Share your calendar with other family members to easily coordinate events and schedules. Opt for the share option and enter the email addresses of the individuals you wish to share your calendar.
Use AOL calendars to reduce stress. If you don't have a million things to remember you will feel less worried.
