How to Upload a YouTube Video on Facebookby eHow ContributorUpdated December 09, 2019
The Facebook website is built for sharing information. Users can tell their friends and family what they're doing and where they're going, and show them exactly what's happening through uploaded photos and videos. Facebook is also a vehicle for sharing noteworthy news through links to other websites and interesting videos from sites like YouTube. As it's grown, Facebook has simplified the sharing process, and it takes mere seconds to post a video from YouTube to your Facebook profile.
Search YouTube for the video you want to post to your profile.
Click on the address bar and press the "Ctrl" and "C" keys to copy the video URL.
Sign in to your Facebook account.
Click on the "Update Status" bar. Press the "Ctrl" and "V" keys to paste the video URL into the field.
Click the left and right arrows to choose a thumbnail image for the video. Check the box next to "No Thumbnail" if you'd like to post the image without a thumbnail.
Type in the area below the URL to include a comment with the YouTube video. Click "Post."
