How to Uninstall Microsoft Office Groove

Microsoft Office Groove is a collaboration software program that works in conjunction with Microsoft Office products or as a stand-alone program. Groove creates collaborative work stations, files and tools on a network server where coworkers can access the same project documents. There are two ways to uninstall Microsoft Office Groove. Uninstall the program and leave the files or uninstall the program and its files.
Uninstall Groove and Keep the Files
Step 1
Close the Microsoft Office Groove program.
Step 2
Click the "Start" Menu and enter the "Control Panel."
Step 3
Click "Add & Remove Programs" and "Continue."
Step 4
Scroll down the list of installed programs and click on "Microsoft Office Groove."
Step 5
Click "Not Available" and "Continue."
Step 6
Click "Close" when the installation wizard has finished. Microsoft Office Groove is now deleted from your computer but the files remain.
How to Uninstall Groove and Files
Step 1
Open the "Microsoft Groove" program.
Step 2
Click "Options," "Preferences" and "Identities."
Step 3
Click "No Listing" for each file in both the Groove and the Network directories.
Step 4
Click "Account," "Delete this Account" and "Delete."
Step 5
Close the "Microsoft Office Groove" program.
Step 6
Click the "Start" Menu and enter the "Control Panel."
Step 7
Click "Add & Remove Programs" and "Continue."
Step 8
Scroll down the list of installed programs and click on "Microsoft Office Groove."
Step 9
Click "Not Available" and "Continue."
Step 10
Click "Close" when the installation wizard has finished. Microsoft Office Groove and its files are now deleted from your computer.
