How to Uninstall Kindle for Android
By Steve Gregory
Under normal circumstances, the Kindle application on your Android phone enables you to access the Amazon e-book library and read e-books directly from the device's screen. However, if Kindle is experiencing an error, you will be unable to use the application. In some instances, uninstalling Kindle and reinstalling it is the appropriate solution to solving the problem. Access the "Manage Applications" utility in Android to uninstall the Kindle application.
Step 1
Select "Settings" from the home screen on your Android device.
Step 2
Select "Applications" from the list of options, then select "Manage Applications."
Step 3
Tap "Kindle" from the list of applications, then tap the "Uninstall" button.
Step 4
Tap "OK" to confirm that you want to uninstall Kindle.
