How to Transfer Music From PC to Sandisk
By C. Taylor
Sandisk manufactures removable storage devices, such as USB thumb drives and memory cards. Depending on the type of storage device, you may need a separate reader to access the Sandisk storage device on your PC. You can transfer music files onto a Sandisk memory card for use in music players or to allow easy transfer to another computer.
Insert the memory card into the reader. If the reader is an external adapter, then plug the adapter into an available USB port on your computer. If the Sandisk product you are using is a USB thumb drive, you will not need an adapter and can plug the thumb drive directly into the computer's USB port.
Open Windows Explorer by pressing the Windows key and "E" simultaneously. Navigate to the folder containing the music files you wish to transfer to the Sandisk card.
Select the music file you want to copy. To select multiple files, hold the "Ctrl" key down when clicking files.
Hold the "Ctrl" key and press "C."
Navigate to the Sandisk card, which will probably be labeled "Removable Disk."
Hold the "Ctrl" key and press "V" to copy the files to the Sandisk card.
