When you win an eBay item, or purchase one with the Buy-It-Now option, you might have concerns about when you will receive the item. Even if you know that the seller has shipped the item, you might want to know when to expect it so that you can arrange to be home to receive the delivery. EBay provides a tracking number for items shipped with mailing labels printed from eBay or PayPal.

Step 1

Go to the eBay website and log in into your account.

Step 2

Click "My eBay."

Step 3

Click "Won."

Step 4

Scroll through the list of items to find the item you want to track.

Click the tracking number under the item.

  • If the seller uses a different method for shipping, you will need to get the tracking number from the seller. Then, enter the tracking number on the carrier's website.
