Toshiba Call Forward Instructions

Toshiba offers several phone products to cater to businesses that generate a high volume of calls. IP phones -- which use the Internet to transmit voice data -- and conventional digital phones are available from Toshiba. The process of configuring the phone to forward all calls to either an internal extension or an outside phone number is the same regardless of the type of phone used.
Forward to Internal Extension
Step 1
Press "Intercom."
Step 2
Dial "#6011" and wait for the tone.
Step 3
Dial the extension number to which you want to forward all calls.
Step 4
Hang up the phone.
Forward to Outside Phone
Step 1
Press "Intercom."
Step 2
Dial "#6011" and wait for the tone.
Step 3
Enter the code to access an outside line. With most phone systems, the code is "9."
Step 4
Dial the ten-digit phone number to which you want to forward all calls.
Step 5
Hang up the phone.
Tips
- You can cancel call forward by pressing "Intercom" then dialing "#6051."
