Sprint PCS allows you to establish a username and password to access your account online. Online account access enables you to view your current usage, pay your bill and activate mobile phones on your account. If you have forgotten your Sprint account password there are ways that you can get a new or temporary password in just a few steps.

If Your Are the Account Owner

Step 1

Visit the Sprint website and click the link "Sign in." Locate the "Forgot your password" link under the "Password" field. Click the link.

Step 2

Enter your Sprint account username in the "Username" box on the "Get your password" screen. Note: If you manage several accounts under your username, you will have to enter the phone number or the device serial number to reset the password on that account, before you can move to the next step.

Step 3

Answer the security question that you setup when you established your account or enter the PIN for your phone in the appropriate field and click "Submit."
