In addition to the phone services the company is best known for, AT&T offers Internet services to both residential and business customers. The residential service allows for 21 email address or sub-accounts. Unlike free email services such as Yahoo, Gmail, or Hotmail, you must be an AT&T Internet subscriber to have an AT&T email address. Once you establish an AT&T email account you can access it online, through Microsoft Outlook or similar email software, or on your smart phone.
