Comcast Voice is a digital phone service. It processes calls via voice over Internet protocol, meaning all calls are made through an Internet connection. You connect your phone to your Internet modem and then you can make unlimited calls to any land or mobile number in the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico. If someone calls you and you are not available, the person can leave you a message in your voice mail account. A few methods are available for retrieving your Comcast voice mail.

Step 1

Dial your Comcast phone number and let it ring. When you hear your voice mail greeting, press the pound (#) key. You will be prompted for your password. Follow the prompt to listen to your voice mail messages.

Step 2

Pick up your home phone, press the required button to get a dial tone and then press "*99." This will access your voice mail account. Enter your password and then follow the prompts to listen to your voice mail.

Step 3

Visit the Comcast Digital Voice website in the web browser of your choice. Enter your Comcast email address and password or your telephone number and password in the appropriate fields and then press the "Sign In" button. Follow the prompts to log in to your account. You will be brought to the Digital Voice Center homepage. If you have voice mail, you will see bolded numbers on the left side of your screen. Click on each to listen to the message.
