How to Restore the Factory Settings on a Packard Bell EasyNote
By Seth Amery
Packard Bell, a computer manufacturer, is known for its wide variety of computer designs. For example, Packard Bell designed the EasyNote laptop, suitable for working and home environments, in 2010. If you want to reinstall your copy of Windows 7 on your Packard Bell EasyNote, you must use the recovery disk on your laptop. Doing this will reset all of your settings back to factory settings, meaning it will be as if you just received the laptop.
Click "Start."
Click "Control Panel."
Click "Recovery" under "Advanced Recovery Methods." Follow the steps on-screen, which mostly consist of clicking "Next," until Windows reinstalls itself on your computer.
