Having phone trouble is bad enough without having to figure out how to contact your service provider. Fortunately, Verizon offers multiple methods for contacting it and troubleshooting problems you may be having. The services are all open 24 hours a day, making it easier to find the information you need and the answers to your questions.

Navigate to the Verizon website (see the Reference section for a link). Click on the "Residential" tab at the top left of the window. Click on the "Live Chat" button, the second option in the right column. Select the "Phone" tab when you are asked which product you would like to talk about. A live chat window opens, asking you to categorize your problem or reason for contact. Click on the small arrow to open a drop-down menu. Select the "Phone Product Inquiry" option.
