How to Remove Ads in Talking Tom for the iPad

In Talking Tom Cat for iPad, you can interact with a virtual feline named Tom. He'll repeat whatever you say as well as perform a variety of other activities, like scratching the screen and drinking a glass of milk. If you want to remove the ads that are shown in Talking Tom Cat, and upgrade the app so that you can interact with Tom in other ways. You must make an in-app purchase for the app's upgrade. As of December 2012, this upgrade costs $2.99.

Step 1

Launch the Talking Tom Cat app on your iPad.

Step 2

Tap the icon for the symbols on the screen. A message appears asking if you'd like to upgrade Talking Tom Cat to add this new feature, as well as remove ads. Tap the "OK" button.

Step 3

Tap the "Buy" button to confirm the in-app purchase, and enter your Apple user ID and password when prompted. After you make the purchase, ads will no longer be shown in Talking Tom Cat, and you'll gain access to new ways to interact with Tom.
