How to Reinstall a Toolbar for Your Home Page
By Stephen Lilley
The toolbars that appear at the top of your Web browser when you view your home page are actually managed not by the page itself, but by the Internet Explorer Web browser. Internet Explorer is Windows' native Web browser. If you'd like to reinstall a toolbar on your home page, you'll have to navigate through and choose a particular bar from Internet Explorer's toolbar options utility.
Open Internet Explorer.
Right-click at the top of your home page where your toolbar was previously located. This will display a list of Internet Explorer toolbars.
Click on the name of the toolbar that was previously located in the location you right-clicked. This will reinstall the toolbar at that location, making sure it is always visible when you view your home page.
