RoboForm is a password manager and form filler. The software makes it so that you never need to memorize your passwords -- except for the one that logs you in to RoboForm. It also has the ability to fill out forms on the Internet for you. Sometimes the program might seem to disappear from the Windows taskbar. This is because Windows hides "inactive" programs from appearing on the taskbar.

Show Icon on the Taskbar

Step 1

Right-click on the taskbar at the bottom of the screen.

Step 2

Select "Properties."

Uncheck "Hide Inactive Icons" and hit "OK." RoboForm's icon should appear.

Step 1

Download the official RoboForm uninstaller (see Resources).

Step 2

Exit all Internet browsers.

Step 3

Run the software. Do not click "Remove all Passcards, Identities, Safenotes." Wait for the uninstall to complete.

Download and reinstall RoboForm (see Resources).
