How to Recover Deleted Items to the Inbox
By Brendan O'Brien
We have all done it, deleted an item in your email client application that you later need. Do not fret, however. It is fairly easy to retrieve the item and move it back into your inbox. Do not wait to do this since some email clients are set to erase items in the "Delete Items" folder after a certain amount of time.
Launch your email client whether it be Outlook, Outlook Express or Windows mail.
Find the "Deleted Items" folder in the left side of the interface. The folder icon looks like a trash can in Outlook. It will be among the other standard folders such as your Inbox, Sent Items and Outbox.
Double-click on the "Deleted Items" folder. Find the item that you want to move back to your "Inbox."
Left click on the item and drag it on to the "Inbox" folder. It will now appear in your "Inbox."
