How to Put Photos With My Contacts on My iPhone

The iPhone is a range of Internet and multimedia-equipped smartphones designed and manufactured by Apple. It's cell phone feature is supported by a Contacts application that allows you to store information like phone numbers, emails and addresses of people you know. These contact entries can then be used to quickly initiate a phone call or other method of communication with that person. Adding a photo to a contact entry gives you a visual identification of the person you're calling and when that person is calling you.

Step 1

Launch the Contacts application on the iPhone.

Step 2

Select the contact from the list to which you want to add a photo.

Step 3

Tap the "Edit" button in the top-right corner.

Step 4

Tap the "Add Photo" button. If you're with the contact and want to take a photo of him, tap the "Take Photo" button. If you want to select an existing photo already stored on the iPhone, tap the "Choose Photo" button.

Step 5

Tap the "Use Photo" button after you've located or captured a photo you want to add to the contact entry.

Step 6

Tap the "Done" button to save the photo to the contact's entry.
