How to Print on Roll Paper (11 Steps)
By Bennett Gavrish
Many high-quality inkjet printers include an option to print on roll paper. Roll paper printing is useful if you are planning on printing a very long document or a large poster. Since the size of every roll paper print is different, you will have to manually set the paper size each time prior to printing. You can print on roll paper with either a PC or a Mac computer.
PC Instructions
Step 1
Load the roll paper into the inkjet printer with the paper flush to the right edge of the printer.
Step 2
Open the document or image that you want to print on roll paper.
Step 3
Go to the "File" menu at the top of the window and choose "Print."
Step 4
Click on the "Properties" button in the upper-right corner of the print window.
Step 5
Change the paper source to "Roll Paper" and then set the paper size. Click "OK" when you are done to return to the main print window.
Step 6
Select the number of copies to print and then click on the "OK" button.
