Google Calendar allows users to keep track of the details of all their upcoming events online. With Google Calendar, the details of your upcoming events are readily accessible via the Web, mobile phones and a broad array of other devices. However, sometimes you may need a hard copy version of your agenda and may want to print your Google calendar. While you can print any view on your calendar, only the Agenda view allows you to print all the details of your upcoming events.

Step 1

Log in to your Google account. Click "Calendar" in the top menu to open your Google Calendar in a separate tab.

Step 2

Select the calendar you wish to print from the calendar menus in the left column.

Step 3

Click the "Agenda" button at the top to switch to Agenda mode.

Step 4

Click the "More" button to see more options, and then select "Print" from the drop-down menu that appears. A pop-up window with your options for print settings appears.

Step 5

Click the drop-down menu in the "Print Range" row, and enter the date range you want to print.

Step 6

Check the box next to "Print Descriptions," "Print End Times" and "Print Attendees" to ensure that you print all the details of your calendar items.

Step 7

Click the "Print" button to print your calendar on your local printer.
