How to Print One Blank Business Check Template From Your Computer

by Daniel Hatter

One of the nice things about printing files in Windows computers is the ability to print using the built-in Windows interface or to print using a specific program. This ability gives users full control over how their print job turns out, which in turn creates a more customizable experience. If you have a blank business check template that you'd like to print one copy of, doing so from your computer isn't difficult.

Step 1

Turn on your printer and open the business check template in its default program.

Step 2

Go to the "File" menu in the program and select the "Print" option. If there isn't a "File" menu, press "Ctrl" + "P" on your keyboard instead.

Step 3

Select your printer from the "Select Printer" list, type a "1" in the "Pages" text field, and then use the Up/Down arrow buttons next to "Number of copies" to select "1."

Click the "Print" button to print out one copy of the blank business check template from your computer.
