How Do I Power Off SonicWALL?
By Charlotte Mission
While SonicWALL's protection is often helpful, it can sometimes stop you from visiting trustworthy sites or inadvertently block legitimate emails. Dell provides a user-friendly process to disable SonicWALL so you can surf the Web freely. However, keep in mind that disabling SonicWALL may leave your computer vulnerable to malware attacks.
Step 1
Right-click the SonicWALL icon, marked with a small blue "S," in the notification area of the taskbar, and then select "Disable SonicWALL" from the context menu.
Step 2
Exit Outlook if you are prompted to do so, return to the SonicWALL dialog box, and then click "OK."
Step 3
Restart your computer once SonicWALL is off.
