How to Find a Person by Address & Phone Number

By Damica Brownswood

Companies like Intelius have made it easy to identify and locate individuals. Finding a person by address and phone number is an easy task if the person has published information. People can choose to have their information removed from public databases, thus making it more difficult to be found. It is difficult to have yourself removed from every database on the Internet. Therefore, if you cannot locate someone using one search website, try another.

Select a search website. You can search for an individual using several different search sites. However, make sure the search site you choose has access to the White Pages directory. According to the White Pages, they are the go-to source for the most reliable contact information online. You can always avoid third-party search sites and go directly to the White Pages website. (see resources)

Select your search method. Choose how you want to search for an individual by selecting the appropriate tab. You can search by name, phone number, address, email, and even Social Security number. To search for a person by address, click the address tab and enter the address. To search for a person by phone number, click the phone tab and enter the phone number.

Pay the fee. Your search results will let you know if they have a name associated with the given phone number and/or address. In order to access this information you will have to pay a fee, which can be anywhere from $4.95 to $14.95.

Find the person. Following payment, your results page will then display the name of the person with the address and/or phone number you entered.
