How to Make the Yahoo Homepage Fit the Screen (4 Steps)
By Alan Sembera
Yahoo allows you to create a customized My Yahoo home page that includes your email inbox along with customized content such as news, stock quotes and movie listings. However, sometimes the content won’t fit in your Web browser screen, requiring you to scroll back and forth to see the entire page. You can decrease the width of your My Yahoo home page by adjusting your custom Yahoo settings.
Step 1
Sign in to your My Yahoo home page.
Step 2
Click “Themes” on this page, and then select “Set Font Size” from the options.
Step 3
Select a font size setting that is smaller than the current setting. The options are “Small,” “Standard,” “Large,” and “Very Large.” When you click on a setting, the font size will automatically change, so you can try out the different settings until you find the one that works best.
Step 4
Click “I’m Done” once you’ve found the best setting.

Tips
- You can increase or decrease the size of almost any Web page by holding down the “Ctrl” key on your keyboard, and then scrolling the wheel on your mouse either up or down. If your mouse doesn’t have a wheel, hold down the “Ctrl” key, and then press the “+” key to make the page larger or press the “-” key to make the page smaller.
