How to Login to Facebook With a Google Account
By Brian Schwartz
Facebook and Google are the top two visited sites in the world, according to Alexa Ratings, a Web Information Service that provides Traffic Details and Related Links pages. Chances are you already have a Facebook account or you're being pressured by all of your friends and family to join. And if you haven't done so already, you can sign up for a Google account and get instant access to all of their tools. Google accounts have various useful product offerings, including but not limited to Alerts, Blogspot Platform, Calendar and Gmail. Moreover, with your Google account you can eliminate additional login credentials for the social network and enable instant access by following a one-time process via your Facebook account.
Login to Facebook and click "Account" on the menu navigation at the top right of your screen.
Scroll down and click the "Account Settings" option.
Find the Settings tab in the My Account section. Once this is confirmed, scroll down to where it says Linked Accounts and click "Change."
Locate the drop down menu within the Linked Accounts row. Select "Google" and press the "Link New Account" button.
Enter your password when prompted. Click "Continue" to link your account.

Tips
- You can also link your Myspace, Yahoo!, MyOpenID, Versign PIP or OpenID Accounts. If you are logged into Google or any of these other accounts, you will automatically be logged into Facebook.
Warnings
- In an effort to prevent identity theft or hacker access, be sure to create a strong password that uses multiple symbols, numbers and case sensitive letters or be sure to change it up constantly.
