By Jason Taetsch
The Samsung WIS09ABGN LinkStick Wireless LAN adapter provides your HDTV with the necessary hardware to join a wireless network in your home or office. The LinkStick is designed to work with your Samsung HDTV or Blu-ray player out of the box with minimal installation. As long as you have your wireless SSID (network name) and any required passwords, you can complete the connection in just a couple of minutes.
Step 1
Turn off your Samsung TV or Blu-ray player.
Step 2
Locate the USB port on the device’s input panel.
Step 3
Remove the connection cap from the end of the adapter and insert the end into the USB port on your device.
Step 4
Turn on your TV and press the "Menu" button on the remote control. If you are using the LinkStick with a Blu-ray player, turn on the TV and the player, and select the proper input to display the Blu-ray menu on the screen.
Step 5
Scroll to the "Setup" option and press "Enter." Scroll to the "Network Selection" option and press the left arrow button to bring up the "Wireless" option and then press "Enter." Highlight "Network Setup" and press "Enter."
Step 6
Highlight the "Access Point Select" option in the menu that appears and press "Enter." Scroll to your wireless network in the list of available networks and press "Enter." Type in the wireless network password using the on-screen keyboard that displays and press "Enter" to connect the TV to your wireless network
