How to Increase Font Size in Outlook
By Kefa Olang
When you're using Microsoft Outlook, sometimes incoming messages may include fonts that are too small for you to read. For someone who has eyesight problems, this can prove to be a challenge. Fortunately, Outlook lets you increase mail font size so you can view your emails more comfortably.
Click the Windows "Start" button and click "Microsoft Outlook" to launch the email client.
Launch the inbox and open the email you want to read. Click "Other Actions" and select "Zoom" from the pop-up menu. Choose the desired zoom level you want to increase the font size.
Alternatively, select "View" and select "Text Size." Select the text size you want to use.
Select "View" and select "Current View" if you want to change the font or font size of the message list. Click "Other Settings" and click "Row Font" under "Columns, Headers and Rows." Click the font, style and size you want to use. Click "OK" in the "Font, Other Settings, and Customize View: Messages" dialog box.
