How to Stop a CNN Facebook App

When you run a business, you don't always have time to catch up on the news. CNN's Facebook app saves you time by delivering breaking news reports, photos and videos directly to you. If you want to try a different news app, you can remove the CNN app from your account. This prevents the CNN app from posting to your timeline, although past news stories posted by the app may remain there.
Click the small arrow at the top of any Facebook page after you log in, then click "Account Settings."
Click "Apps" to see a list of your apps.
Click the "CNN" app, then click "Remove App."
Tips
You can reinstall the CNN app if you decide that you want to use it again.
