How to Send a Test Fax Online
By Quinten Plummer
While email and digital imaging can enable your business to transmit documents to virtually any online location, some organizations still prefer that their most confidential exchanges occur over fax machines. The direct transmission of carbon copy data leave little room for document manipulation when it comes to faxing. Even though you may not use your fax machine daily, its important to keep it on standby. Your business may miss out on communications from prospective clients. Test your office's fax machine with an online fax so that you can ensure that your business is ready for whatever opportunity may come via fax.
