Google provides several options for attempting to regain access to your account without knowing the answer to your security question. The need to convince Google that you own the account protects your valuable company email correspondence from others that might attempt to access your account. This process may prove difficult considering Gmail accounts don't require much personal information when you sign up. If you forgot the answer to the security question on your company email account, you can try using one of the other methods such as resetting the password with a text message or entering a recovery email address through the password assistance page.

Access the "I Can't Access My Account" Google support site (link in Resources).

Select the "I Forgot My Password" option. Click the "Password Assistance Page" link.

Click the "Email Address" text field and type your email address. Click "Submit."

Select the option provided by Google for restoring your account access by clicking the "Continue" button. If you can't verify your account with the supplied method, click the "Verify Your Identity" link and follow the prompts to regain access to your account.
