How to Remove the Username Page From Xerox
By Casey Anderson
Xerox printers are used in many businesses worldwide and are a staple in many offices. To help employees separate their printing jobs from others that are printing, the Xerox printer automatically prints a page with a username before every print job. However, If your business does a great deal of printing or if you are looking for a way to save money on toner and paper, you may wish to disable this feature.
Click the Windows "Start" button and select "Control Panel." Click "Devices and Printers."
Locate your Xerox printer in the list of printers. Click the printer icon to open the Xerox WorkCentre window.
Click the "Advanced" tab. Expand the "Printer/Output" option under Document Options.
Click "Banner Sheet" and choose "Disabled" from the drop-down menu.
Click "OK" to complete the process.
Print a test page to ensure the banner page no longer appears.
