How to Put the Spanish Letter N on Facebook
By Ryan Menezes
Spanish includes one letter absent from the standard Latin alphabet — eñe, which adds a tilde to the letter "n." If you use Facebook to correspond with Spanish customers and clients, you may need to include the Spanish letter in your text. For example, you may use the letter to type words such as "mañana" or "campaña," and some English words with Spanish origins, like "jalapeño" and "piñata" use eñe as well. You can add the eñe using the symbol's keyboard shortcut.
Place your cursor into the Facebook box where you want to insert the eñe.
Press your keyboard's "Num Lock" key to turn on Number Lock, which enables your numeric keypad.
Press and hold the "Alt" key.
Type "165" on your keyboard's numeric keypad to add a capital Spanish N ("Ñ") or "164" to add a lowercase Spanish n ("ñ").
