How to Print Just the Notes in PowerPoint on a Mac
By Tricia Goss
PowerPoint presentations can be a boon to any meeting or seminar, and PowerPoint for Mac enables you to create notes that you can print to hand out as well. By default, when you choose to print handouts, PowerPoint creates printable note pages displaying the slides as well. You can change this feature to print only the notes by selecting another option in the print settings section.
Start PowerPoint and open the presentation for which you want to print notes.
Select the "File" menu, and then click "Print" to open the Print menu.
Click the "Print What" pop-up menu and choose "Notes." Click "Print."
