How to Print a Yahoo Calendar
By Kathryn Hatashita-Lee
Your Yahoo calendar easily prints on a standard letter sheet when you work with the menu commands. Yahoo’s print command helps you format your calendar’s content to display meetings and other listed events. Even when you are away from your desk, you can still have your Yahoo calendar in hand if you access the Internet and an office printer. A hard copy of your business schedule also doubles as a checklist of your tasks.
Sign in to your Yahoo Mail account, and then click or tap the “Calendar” tab to display the current calendar.
Click or tap the preferred calendar format on the Calendar tab. For example, to show the calendar with all 12 months of the current year, click “Year.” If you prefer to view a daily schedule, click “Day” to display the hours.
Click or tap the “Gear” or “Actions” menu button on the Calendar tab, and then click or tap “Print” to preview.
Click or tap to select your preferred options on the Print dialog box. For example, add a tick beside your printer model. Click “Preferences” to select your printer’s options, such as paper orientation or page size. Click “OK” to return to the Print dialog box.
Click or tap “Print.” View the printout to ensure all the preferred content displays on the page.
Tips
Your Web browser controls the content that prints. Try launching other browsers and experimenting with the printer commands.
