How to Make a Computer Projector Screen Full
By Ryan Menezes
A projector attached to your computer might show only a segment of your screen's image. This viewing mode extends your desktop across both your computer and the projector, giving each only a portion of the display. If your business presentation uses multiple windows, this method lets you control the projected image by dragging windows into and out of it as necessary. If the presentation contains a single window, such as a fullscreen PowerPoint slide show, your projector should instead display the entire screen.
Click the Start button in the screen's lower left corner.
Type "screen resolution" into the Start menu search box and click "Adjust screen resolution" in the search results to open the Screen Resolution dialog box.
Click the drop-down box labeled "Multiple displays" to open a drop-down menu.
Click "Duplicate these displays" to send the full screen to the projector.
Click "OK" to apply your changes and close the dialog box.
