How to Download From Bank of America to Quicken
By Heather Harris
If you are using Bank of America to manage your business's online banking accounts, you have the ability to download the transaction details from those accounts into Quicken, as long as you have an edition at least as new as the 2009 version. There is no cost for using this feature, and the process is a simple one.
Navigate in your Web browser to Bank of America's website and sign in with your User ID and password. See the Resources section of this article for a link.
Click the "Account Details" tab, then click the "Download" link and select the account containing the information you want to download.
Select "WEB Connect for Quicken 2009 and Above," then click "Download Transactions." Depending upon your chosen settings, you may need to select a location where the file will get saved.
Open the downloaded file to import and open it with Quicken.
Tips
If you have a Small Business account with Bank of America, you can also download your account data to QuickBooks.
