How to Delete an Empty Photo Album on Facebook

Facebook can serve as yet another method for connect with business colleagues, giving people a way to view more information about you than they may care to ask for in normal conversation. For example, photo albums serve as a useful method for giving people a chance to delve into your life a little more. Over time, your list of photo albums may become cluttered, especially if you have empty ones. Facebook lets you to delete any of your albums, including dormant ones.

Log in to Facebook and select your name at the top right to view your profile.

Select "Photos" to view a list of your photos.

Select "Albums" to view your albums.

Select your unwanted empty album to view additional options for the album.

Select the gear-shaped drop-down menu next to "Edit" to view a drop-down list.

Select "Delete Album."

Select "Delete Album" again to finish deleting the empty album.


Steps in this article also work for albums with photo in them.
