The iPod Touch includes a built-in alarm feature. One of the alarm settings allows you to create a new alarm that vibrates. You can use this vibration feature together with a standard alarm ringtone or without sound. You can also create multiple alarm events simultaneously on the iPod Touch.
Tap the "Settings" icon.
Select the "Sounds" option.
Tap the "On" option to the right of "Vibrate" under the Ringer and Alerts subsection.
Press the “Home” button on your iPod Touch.
Tap the "Clock" icon.
Select the "Alarm" option.
Tap the "+" icon.
Move the dial wheels to select the time you want the alarm to trigger. The alarm will sound as well as vibrate at the specified time. If you do not want the alarm to sound, use the “Down” volume button on the left side of the device to mute the ringer volume.
