How to Change the Date on Casio Cash Registers
By Anita Dixon
An incorrect date on a cash register can have a negative impact on customer satisfaction, as well as business operations. Customers who need to return products may miss the specified return period because of a receipt printed with the wrong date, and your company’s accounting records could also be affected because of incorrect system data. Casio cash registers offer a quick method to change the date.
Enter “1” using the numeric keypad. Press “Subtotal.”
Input the date using “yymmdd” format. For example, enter “130105” for January 5, 2013. Press the “X/Date Time” button.
Press the “AC/C” button to complete programming.
