The American Automobile Association, commonly known as AAA, is a nonprofit organization that provides services such as maps, directions and emergency roadside assistance for its members. AAA also helps in planning trips, booking airfare and hotels or buying insurance. AAA often sends out mail to its members, and even to non-members, advertising its products or services. It is easy to opt out of receiving this correspondence.
Visit the main AAA website.
Click on "About AAA" at the top right of the page.
Click on "Opt Out" on the menu on the left side of the page.
Check the box indicating which form or forms of communication -- telephone, mail or email -- by which you no longer want AAA to contact you.
Enter your personal information in the form provided as well as your membership number, if you have one. Click "No" at the bottom of the form if you are not a AAA member.
Click "Submit."
