How to Pay Bills Online in Kaiser Permanente

When you are the administrator of a Kaiser Permanente group health plan, you are responsible for all activity associated with the plan. This includes submitting the monthly payments necessary to keep the group plan in tact. As an added convenience, Kaiser Permanente has provided you with an easy way to administrate and pay your group's bill online. This prevents you from experiencing the hassle of mailing in monthly payments.

Visit the website for the Kaiser Permanente online bill pay portal (see Resources).

Log into your account using your user ID and password. If you don't have a user ID and password, you must submit a request form to Kaiser Permanente. You can download and print the form from the Kaiser Permanente website. The company will mail your user ID and password within seven business days.

Select the radio button for the Billing Unit Name for which you would like to submit a payment. Click the “Billing Functions” link at the top of the page. Click the “Balance Due” or “View Bill” link if you need to know your bill balance or see bill details. Otherwise, select the option to “Pay Bill.” Enter valid credit card information to complete your online payment.
