Internet Explorer allows users to customize their surfing experience in a number of ways. Set a homepage, save bookmarks, edit settings and change your privacy options. You can also fix the font size in the browser if it's too small or too large. Internet Explorer 8 allows you to change the font size of your text directly from the toolbar of the browser.

Step 1

Open Internet Explorer.

Step 2

Click "Page" on your IE toolbar. A drop-down menu will appear.

Step 3

Navigate to "Text Size." The text size drop-down menu will open.

Select on "Largest," "Larger," "Medium," "Smaller" or "Smallest" to change your font size.
