How to Email a QuickBooks Invoiceby Contributor
QuickBooks software allows you to print or email invoices. Emailing invoices is a convenient way to send an invoice. Not only is it a quicker way to deliver an invoice but you can also be sure it is getting to the right person.
Open the invoice. Choose the arrow next to the button "Send" from the bar directly above the invoice. Scroll down, and choose "E-mail Invoice."
Complete the email form. A new window will pop up when you select "E-mail Invoice." Enter the email addresses that you want the invoice sent to in the "To" field, and anybody you want to copy or blind copy in the "cc" and "bcc" fields. Place your email in the "From" field. Fill out the subject line for the email and the message you want sent with the invoice.
Send the invoice. Select "Send Now." The invoice will be attached as a PDF file.
