How to Do Three-way on Uniden

by Stephen Lilley

A three-way telephone call is one where three different people in three different locations are all communicating with one another at the same time. This is different than two people being on the same line in a home and speaking with someone outside of that location. You can start a three-way telephone call on a Uniden model phone in just a few seconds.

Pick up your Uniden phone and dial the number of the first person you're trying to call. This will connect you directly with that person. Inform the person you are going to engage in a three-way call, and press the "Flash" button on your phone's handset to put them on "hold."

Dial the phone number of the second person you're trying to call. This will connect you directly with that person. Inform the person you are going to engage in a three-way call with the first individual you previously dialed.

Press the "Flash" button on your Uniden handset again. This will switch back to the original person you called, allowing all three people to speak simultaneously in the same phone conversation.

Tip

  • check Note that on some models of Uniden landline telephone systems, the "Flash" button will instead be labeled "Talk."
