The Natural Color Scheme is a U.S. format for encoding video information in a manner that makes sense to a number of applications and North American mediums. When working with a European-based organization you will need to format your color in the RAL system, which is the European equivalent of NCS designed specifically for European technology. You can convert NCS to RAL by opening the application in Windows Movie Maker.

Right click your NCS file and click "Open With."

Click "Windows Movie Maker" to open the NCS document in Widows Movie Maker, which fully supports the RAL format.

Click "File," then "Save as" and choose "RAL Document." Click "Save." Your document is now in RAL format.
