How to Know the Current Location of a BSNL GSM Mobile Number

by Michael Wallace

Whether you’re looking to keep track of your child or your cellphone has been stolen, there are many reasons you might need to track a GSM cellular phone from the Indian telecommunications company Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd. (BSNL). Many modern smart phones come equipped with built-in global positioning systems that can pinpoint a phone’s location, but if yours doesn’t have one, you will have to find another way to locate it. This is possible with computer software.

Step 1

Load your Internet browser and navigate to a site that offers GSM phone tracking software.

Step 2

Click the "Purchase" tab to purchase and download the software.

Step 3

Click on the installer icon to install the software.

Step 4

Launch the program from your computer's desktop.

Enter your GSM phone number when prompted. The program will then search mobile networks. If someone is using the phone, the program will display the area where the nearest cell tower is. This establishes the current location of the phone.
