How to Convert a PDF Letter to A4
By Wendy Lau
Adobe Acrobat is a program that allows you to view and create PDF files. Whether you work with text, graphics or a combination of the two, you can create a PDF file for recipients to view with no changes to formatting due to differences in operating systems or the programs that the recipients use. You can also change a PDF file's page size and make your content fit within the printer margins set for the new page size.
Step 1
Open your PDF file in Adobe Acrobat.
Step 2
Click on "File," and select "Print Setup."
Step 3
Select "A4" from the drop-down menu for "Size" under the "Paper" section.
Step 4
Click "OK."
Step 5
Click "File" and select "Print." Click on the drop-down menu for "Page Scaling," and select "Fit to Printable Area."
Step 6
Click "OK."
