Open the photo editing software; examples are Adobe Photoshop or file conversion software like Universal File Converter. Click on "File," then select "Open" or "Import." Navigate to the PDF file. Double-click on the PDF file to open it with the photo editing software.
Click on "Convert" in the file conversion software and select JPG as the output format. If using photo editing software, click on "File." Select "Save As." Choose "JPG" or "JPEG" as the output file format to save the PDF as a JPG file.
